Deimler & Sons is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm


Effective April 22nd the EPA has instituted new rules for working in homes built prior to 1978.  These rules require all of the homes built prior to be 1978 be tested for lead based paints prior to construction when more than 3 square feet (1' x 3' area) on the inside or 6 square feet (2' x 3' area) is disturbed on the exterior.  If lead based paints are found, the guidelines for working with this and protecting the occupants of the home MUST be followed. 

Being a proactive company, Deimler & Sons had all of their field employees trained for these EPA standards at certified courses.  In addition, Deimler & Sons is a registered Lead-Safe Certified Firm.  To date, of the 280,000+ contractors in the country only 14,000+/- have been certified.
