Craig Deimler CGR, CAPS, RCS - Sales and Design 
Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Craig attended Penn State University where he graduated, in 1994, with a Bachelor of Science in Labor Industrial Relations and Business Management. He currently oversees residential design, drafting and estimating. His designs have won numerous awards for their creativity as well as their ability to blend into the existing house and surroundings. Each project he designs is developed to solve the client's needs, problems and frustrations as well as find creative solutions to the challenges that each project presents. Craig and his wife Melissa have three children, Megan, Abigail and Rebecca. His other activities include the local Home Builders Association Remodeler's Council, as well as being very active in his church as a teacher, choir member and organist. In his leisure time he enjoys swimming, reading, vacationing with his family, public speaking, playing music at his church and golfing. Craig's future goals are to grow the company to allow for professional development of the team and to expand our services to our clients. He also looks to educate the consumer and the industry on how to hire a professional and how to run your business like a professional.

Gary Deimler CGR -Construction Manager 
Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Gary has been working in construction since graduating from high school.
He worked as a framing carpenter during the day and as an electrician's assistant during the night. Gary is married and has 3 children Craig, Lori & Mark. After being laid off in Jan. of 1975, he started his own company, Gary Deimler CGR Custom Home and Remodeling. With inflation in the double digits, he took small repair jobs to keep things going. Since those modest beginnings, he has grown the company into a full service remodeling and custom home building firm. He currently uses his years of experience to design and estimate customized projects for our clients. Gary, along with his son Craig, charts the course the company will take and insures high levels of customer service and quality construction. Gary enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, camping, hunting, fishing, horse back riding & traveling. Gary is looking forward to finishing his Horse Barn and traveling to every state with his wife Nancy.

Mark A. Smith, CGP - Production Manager  Mark A. Smith joined Deimler & Sons in January 2007 as Production Manager.
Mark has a degree in secondary education and history from Lebanon Valley College. With 11 years of managerial experience, Mark continues to enhance his organizational skills and quality client care. Mark resides in Palmyra with his wife Carol and 2 daughters Cassandra and Alexsys. As a family, they like to camp and enjoy the outdoors. Mark is on the Palmyra Zoning Board, and is very active in the community. He coaches his daughters softball teams and loves to golf with his wife. Mark’s personal goals are to be a strong and active part in his family’s growth and future, and help them achieve financial peace. To put his 2 daughters through college, work hard and retire to South Carolina with his wife. In business, Mark hopes to head up or run a division at Deimler & Sons and continue to help the company grow and become the premier construction company in the area.

Nancy Deimler - Office Management  Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Nancy has been with the company since its beginnings in 1975.
Nancy and her staff keep track of the accounting for the business. She is responsible for handling all accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, job costing, and human resources. She also oversees the equipment and supplies for the office.

Amy Kessinger - Administrative Assistant  Born and raised in the Harrisburg area, Amy joined Deimler & Sons Construction in June 2002 bringing more than 2 years experience in the remodeling industry. She has a passion for providing exemplary service to our clients. As a result, Amy has been recognized twice by her peers as Office Employee of the Year for her dedication for the assistance and care she consistently provides our clients.
Amy is married, has one daughter, Tara, and an adorable grandson, Keaton. When Amy isn't’ at Deimler & Sons, she volunteers in the community, gardens, and spends as much time as she can enjoying her grandson. Amy hopes to earn an Administrative/Management Certificate from HACC in the near future, take dance lessons with her husband, travel out west and help Deimler & Sons grow!

Gretchen Smith - Design/Drafting 
Gretchen came to Deimler & Sons Construction in May, 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Residential Construction Technology and Management, as well as an Associate’s degree in Architectural Technology; both from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Gretchen is married to her husband Ethan. She enjoys building doll houses, gardening, making jewelry, cooking and baking. Gretchen’s strong desire to increase her knowledge and experience in the ever changing world of remodeling makes her an asset to the Deimler Design Team. Gretchen is looking to be involved in a local historical society and take a train trip across the country.

Dave DeVanie - Project Leader 
Dave brings over 30 years of construction experience to our team. He continues to please clients with his unique wit and craftsmanship. David is married and has 3 children David Jr. (currently serving in the US Army), Jami and Ali.He enjoys camping and spending time with his 3 children. Dave prides himself as a family man and enjoys, fishing, music, cooking, photography, trips to the outer banks camping, auctioning, gardening, movies, wildlife, sports and restoring furniture. In the future Dave hope to build his own home and restore an Austin Heally 3000.

Dave Fox - Project Leader  Dave has been a member of the Deimler & Sons team for over 15 years and brings attention to detail and large project management skills to our team.
He is married with 2 children Nathan & Emily. He enjoys bluegrass & American music, camping, hiking, hunting and being with his family. Dave's future goals are to continue his education and complete the addition on his home.

Chip McGarvey - Project Leader  Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Chip has been working with Deimler & Sons Construction for over 17 years. He takes great pride in the work that he puts together for our clients. He makes sure the highest quality craftsmanship is completed on every project. In addition, he looks for ways to teach the younger carpenters ways to do their job better.
Chip is married to his beautiful wife Cecilia and has a daughter Samantha. Chip enjoys Hunting, Gardening & Farming.

Joey Wynn - Project Leader  Born and raised in Harrisburg, Joey has been working with Deimler & Sons Construction for over 15 years.
Joey brings with him more than 18 years in the construction industry. He has constructed and managed projects ranging from hanging a storm door to additions over $200,000.00. Joey uses his abilities and talents to their fullest extent on every job to ensure customer satisfaction. Joey volunteers with the Middle Paxton Fire Company, where he is the Chief. When not battling fires, he relaxes by hunting, fishing and ATV riding. Joey is looking forward to obtain a management position with Deimler & Sons.

Donnie Zimmerman - Project Leader  Born and raised in Harrisburg, Donnie has been working with Deimler & Sons Construction for over 24 years. He has over 27 years of construction experience.
Don is married to his lovely wife Donnette and has a daughter Olivia. Donnie prides himself on meticulous attention to details, jobsite cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. By paying attention to these details, it is not uncommon for new and existing clients to request that he be their job foreman. When Donnie isn't pleasing clients, he relaxes by fishing, hunting, coin collecting or attending NASCAR. Donnie looks forward to retirement on the rive and spending time with his family.

 Matt has been with Deimler and sons since 2002 and brings 9 years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry.
Matt's attention to detail and his willingness to get the job done are the key components to his success. Not only is he knowledgeable about the industry and his job duties, but Matt has a "way with clients" and that make him a true follower of the "Deimler Way". Matt is single and enjoys playing Ice Hockey, Camping and Skiing. In the future Matt is looking forward to building his own house.

Kelly Fogarty - Support Crew  Kelly is married and has a 12 year old son Johnathan and another son on the way
Kelly has recently joined Deimler & Sons and we are privileged to have him on board. Kelly enjoys watching and going to baseball games, Notre Dame football, woodworking, doing as much as he can with his wife and son.

Bob Hopple - Support Crew  Bob is married to his lovely wife Kimberly.
Bob brings over 30 years of experience to Deimler & Sins and has been a part of our team for 9 Years. Bob enjoys hunting, fishing, smoking meats & poultry, golfing, gardening and vegetables. Bob's future goals are "semi" retire in 4 years, building a home in Alaska and living a substance lifestyle by farming, fishing, hunting and gardening. FRIENDS WELCOMED ALWAYS!

Matt Murphy - Support Crew 
Matt joined our team in 1981 and has been helping clients realize their dreams for many years. With an extensive background in framing techniques as well as electrical, there is very little that Matt can’t do. Matt and his girlfriend Gayle enjoy going to flea markets and antique stores to find unique and old construction tools to add to his extensive collection. The eternal inventor he is always looking for new ways to get the job done quicker and with better accuracy.

Michael Prowell - Support Crew  Mike joined Deimler & Sons in 2008. He brings with him over 18 years of experience. In addition to being a hard contentious worker, he is a team player. That attitude carries forward to the way he serves each client. He is a joy to have on our team.

Tammy Varnes - Support Crew  Tammy is single and has two sons Nathaniel & Brent.
When thinking of Tammy two words come to mind, "hard worker". Tammy unselfishly works on all task assigned to her and not only completes them, but she does it with pride and dedication. She has been with Deimler and sons since 2004 and looks forward to a great future here. Tammy enjoys shooting pool and her children, she hopes to purchase her own home in the near future.

Matt Wynn – Support Crew  Matt came to work at Deimler & Sons because his father, Joe, has worked here for so long. He’s heard all about Deimler & Sons most of his life and he decided he didn’t want to work anywhere but here. He is a graduate of Dauphin County Vocational Technical School and continues to learn new things every day from the experience team at Deimler & Sons.
Matt enjoys hunting, fishing, riding ATV and hanging out with his friends. His future goal is to be a master carpenter and run projects for Deimler & Sons.
