Being a proactive company, Deimler & Sons has trained all of it’s field employees to the EPA standards for Lead Safe Renovations. We are a Certified Lead-Safe Certified Firm. The law requires that all homes built prior to 1978 be tested for lead based paints. In addition, it requires that any contractor that is doing work in a home built prior to 1978 be Certified or they are not allowed to work in the home. Hiring a contractor that is not a certified firm puts you and your family at risk.
